No. Rinse draws water from its own refillable tank. There is no connection to your toilet’s water line and no seat to replace. You need a stable place for the tank within hose reach.
Is it the same pressure as a built-in bidet?
Rinse uses a battery-powered pump with two spray settings. It is not a mains-pressure system. Start with the gentler setting and follow the supplied instructions.
Where does the water come from?
From the separate tank that you fill with clean water. It does not use water from the toilet bowl or cistern. The device does not heat water.
Will I still need toilet paper?
You may want a little toilet paper to pat dry after rinsing. Rinse provides the water wash; it does not include an air dryer.
How do I keep it clean?
Empty remaining water, rinse the tank and allow it to dry. Keep the nozzle clean and follow the supplied care instructions for the handset, hose and filter. Do not assume that a water-resistant device is suitable for submersion.
